Bharath Hospital & Institute of Oncology (BHIO) was established in 1989 as a dedicated super-speciality cancer care centre in Mysuru. Since then, BHIO has been committed to providing comprehensive cancer care under one roof, bringing hope and healing to patients across Mysuru and its neighbouring districts.

As a registered non-profit organisation, we offer advanced treatments at affordable, patient-friendly costs. Our dedication to quality and compassionate care earned us the Rajyothsava Award (2003–04) from the Government of Karnataka.

BHIO operates on a well-planned 3,000 sq. mt campus, equipped to support modern cancer treatment technologies. We are proud to have completed 100+ robotic surgeries, marking a significant milestone in delivering precision-driven, minimally invasive cancer care.

To make cancer care even more accessible and seamless, we have recently expanded with our new BHIO Day Care Centre in Kuvempunagar. This centre is designed to provide comfortable, efficient, and quick services such as chemotherapy, consultations, follow-ups, and supportive care bringing quality oncology services closer to the community.
